I was very pleased with the price you obtained for the sale of my property by Private Treaty.

Previously I have been registered as a Valuer by the NSW Registration Board. From my research of current sales in the area, I believe that the price you obtained for my subject property was around $50,000 greater than could have been expected from my research.

I believe this improved price obtained for my property was due to your interpersonal and negotiation skills and that this price would not have been achieved if the property had gone to Auction.
